About the job
As Digital Promotion Specialist, you will support the Digital team by leading promotion campaigns and securing exposure channels for Sony Music Artists across various digital accounts.
What you will do:
- Identify key promotion channels across major digital accounts, especially outbound/outdoor channels on global DSPs
- Discover and connect with new DSPs, digital platforms, and other promotion channels for SME Korea content exposure
- Communicate, align, and pitch to secure promotion opportunities and exposure channels on major global digital music platforms for SME Korea releases
- Execute promotion strategies and campaigns with digital partners, in-line with SME Korea outbound marketing needs
- Devise and manage data-driven playlisting strategies and operations
- Work closely with SME internal/international teams to drive SME Korea outbound initiatives tailored to specific markets
- Act as the main person of contact for overall digital account management businesses for global/regional DSPs
- Act as the main person of contact for Sony Music regional digital related businesses and partner development initiatives
- Act as the main person of contact for digital promotion activities with SME digital account managers
- Deliver data-based recap and insights for promotion activity evaluation
Who you are:
- At least 3 years’ experience working in relevant field – prior work experience related to global DSP communication/account management/digital promotion operations is preferred
- Knowledge in digital platforms and media channels as well as digital trends related to music industry
- Knowledge and interest in music, especially K-pop
- Prior working experience in multinational companies is preferred
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and business presentation
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Eligibility for international travel
